Unless otherwise stated on their product page all our clothes are made to an athletic fit. If you prefer things a bit bigger we recommend going one size up.

Returns Policy

We hope you never need to return anything to us, but if you do then you can return any unworn & unwashed items purchased within 14 days, no questions asked.

Exchanges

We’re still a small company, so we have found the quickest and most effective way for you to exchange items is to kindly ask you to place a new order for the item you want, and then follow the refund process below for your unwanted items.

If this isn’t possible for any reason, drop us a line on the ‘Talk To Us’ page and we’ll work something out for you.

Refunds:

If you’re looking for a straight refund, (or have placed a replacement order and are returning your original purchase) here’s how to do it…

Step 1: Send us an email at returns@commenathletics.com with your order number and any other information that might be useful for us to know. (We do appreciate any information on the reason you are returning the item, but if you would prefer not to then that’s no problem as well).

Step 2: When we receive your email, we will process your return and be back in touch within 24 hours confirming the return request, including the address where you should send your items. Once you have this just print it out, add it to your parcel and send it at your nearest post office.

Step 3: We then receive your returned items at Commen HQ (this will take 2-3 days), and process your refund as quickly as possible, we’ll let you know once this is done and dusted (this should be within 5-7 days).

**Please note, we are unfortunately unable to refund return delivery costs at this time**

Delivery Policy

Please note that although Commen Athletics are operating as usual through the Coronavirus pandemic, certain elements of the delivery process are out of our control, for deliveries outside of the UK, Brexit is an additional consideration. We are doing absolutely everything we can to make sure that your order reaches you in the timescales detailed below but we thank you for your ongoing patience with any delays.

We aim to process and send out all orders within 24 hours of being received. Orders made after 6pm Friday on will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

We use Royal Mail to fulfil our UK deliveries, and offer two main options:

Standard Delivery: Delivery aimed to be made within 1-2 days (excluding Sundays) after order is processed and dispatched.

Deliveries outside of the UK (Europe/USA/Canada/Mexico):

We currently use Royal Mail/Parcel Force to fulfil our deliveries outside of the UK.

Delivery is aimed to be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch for EU deliveries and 7-10 working days for USA, Canada and Mexico.

Delivery within the Europe is £12, outside of Europe delivery is £15.

Please take into account any import taxes that may be incurred once your parcel arrives. Commen Athletics are not liable for any additional charges from your country/state.

By registering for email updates, visiting our website, or purchasing products through our website you agree to the relevant terms and conditions which can be found on our website.

When purchasing via Commen Athletics Ltd., we require the following information in order to fulfil our services:

The information you provide to us will also allow us to provide you the best service possible for the future, by (with your permission) providing you information regarding new products, blog posts and special offers and similar correspondence via email.

Your information is important, we do not and never will sell your personal information. We do share your data with processors who help keep our shop running, including payment processors, delivery providers, and email marketing providers. These companies will never contact you to sell their products to you and are necessary for us to perform our primary function of providing you the items you have purchased.

As is the case with most online retailers, we use cookies to enhance your user experience. We try to keep the number as low as possible.

It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and preferences) so that you do not have to re-enter certain information, re-add items to your basket, or similar actions.

In these terms and conditions, and throughout our website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Commen Athletics. We offer our website and services based on your acceptance of all terms & conditions detailed here and our delivery & return policy and privacy policy detailed separately.

Information Accuracy

We are not responsible for any information that is incomplete or inaccurate found on our website. We take every step to ensure that this is never the case, but sometimes mistakes happen, and if you notify us of any issues you see we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Prices & Availability

We aim to keep our prices and the stock available completely up to date on our website, however if for some reason we are unable to fulfil an order either at the advertised price or due to an item being unavailable we will notify you of this and provide you with alternative options.

We reserve the right to update our prices and availability without notice and we are not liable to prices and availability of our products found on third party websites or available via third party sellers.

Payments

All payments are processed off-site via Paypal Ltd. or Stripe, and we accept all major credit cards and payment via paypal account. We do not hold your payment details at any point. We do not charge VAT on our products currently.

When making an order through us, your card or account will be charged when the order is fully placed successfully.

Post-purchase Emails

After your purchase, we would like to send you emails from time to time with information on things that we think may be of interest to you based on your order, namely new products, special offers, and events but if you do not want to receive these emails you can opt-out at any time.

Refusal of Service

Of course we never aim to, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time based on factors including, but not limited to, large quantities of single items ordered, addresses we are unable to ship to, and suspicious account activity.

Modification of Services and Website

Any future changes to our website and services are subject to these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to make changes where necessary without notice.

Vouchers and Offers

We reserve the right to cancel the validity of non-purchased voucher codes without notice, unless an expiration date is provided.

One voucher code is valid per order, and multiple vouchers cannot be used in conjunction.

From time to time we may offer discounted/free products as a promotion - unless otherwise stated these are limited to 1 item per customer. We reserve the right to cancel an order from these promotions if we have reason to believe a manipulation of this limit has been made (including but not limited to multiple orders to the same address, to the same recipient, from the same IP address).

Advert Targeting

In the future we may use your information you provide us with, or is collected via cookies, to enhance our online marketing offering. You can find further information on this in our privacy and cookies agreement.

Currency Exchange Rates & Bank Charges

All of our prices are listed in GBP. If you are purchasing items from a bank account holding your money in another currency, we are not liable for any differences in exchange rates or charges from your bank when purchasing in GBP.
